Managing Your Pack and Expiry
What if we use all our downloads before the expiry date?
A new Marketing Pack can be purchased immediately upon completion of your current pack’s volume, or at the point of expiry.
Can we roll over unused downloads or extend the time period?
No. All pre-paid downloads are to be used within the allocated time period for the Marketing Image Pack.
Can we upgrade to a larger volume pack?
Yes. If you require a higher downloading volume, your dedicated Account Manager will gladly discuss purchasing a larger volume pack.
What if an active project extends beyond the expiry date?
If you notify us before the expiry date of the Marketing Image Pack, we may be able to extend the image pack expiry for the associated project only.
Understanding Your Pack
Rights & Usage
Can I use one image download repeatedly for the same project or client?
No. If use of an image is required more than once for any project or client, it must be downloaded for each use and for each client. All downloads are deducted from your live balance.
Can I modify the images?
Yes. You may crop, recolour, manipulate, add to, or resize image assets within reason. Any manipulation must not amount to distortion or derogatory treatment of the image. Any content with specific manipulation restrictions will be clearly stated on our website.
Can the pack be used to relicense old projects?
No. The Marketing Image Pack is for new projects only and cannot be used to relicense assets from previous projects.
